Sarah Muyonga, Country Manager, Natural Resource Governance Institute
Sarah Muyonga is a lawyer with extensive experience in Public Policy, Legislative Analysis and Advocacy. She has extensive knowledge and experience working on the African continent on various economic governance issues. Currently an independent consultant focused on the Energy Sector, Sarah has also worked in Nigeria for the past six years as Country Manager, Natural Resource Governance Institute focusing on engagement around transparency and accountability in revenue management mechanisms, local content, systems for improved public access to information and mechanisms for improving oversight in the extractive sector. She has previously worked with ActionAid International, Tax Justice Network-Africa and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds an MA in Public Policy from the University of Nottingham as a Chevening Scholar, a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and an LLB Law degree from the University of Nairobi.
